Moin & Associates understands the need for its clients to feel comfortable about their future plans and intentions for their families and to provide for them following death.  We often work with other professionals such as accountants and financial advisors to ensure that a client’s testamentary intentions are written in wills which best reflect the needs of the individual client.

We act for estates, both large and small, and advise executors and beneficiaries as to their roles, obligations and entitlements.
