Brooke Genders

Solicitor 

Brooke was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2020 and works closely with Richard Morris (Principal) and Cameron Cowley (Special Counsel) in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate Litigation and Commercial Law.

Brooke grew up in Port Macquarie and spent 5 years living in Armidale where she completed her Bachelor of Law (Honours Class I) and Bachelor of Criminology at the University of New England. Brooke returned to sunny Port Macquarie where she joined the Moin Morris Schaefer team.

 

Brooke primarily practices in the areas of contested wills and contested Probates, NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal claims, Retirement Village contracts, business law, leases, franchising and estate planning including Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Appointments of Enduring Guardians.

Brooke is based in Port Macquarie and regularly visits our Laurieton office.

Outside of work, Brooke is a keen collector of plants, sportswoman and animal lover
