Cameron came to Armidale from Brisbane in 2015. He grew up on a sheep and cattle property in South West Qld and he is enjoying his return to regional Australia.  He and his wife have 3 children.

Cameron worked in 2 boutique estate planning firms in Brisbane prior to joining Moin Morris Schaefer.

Cameron enjoys assisting clients and their families to design and implement estate plans for passing their business and personal assets to future generations.  His knowledge of commercial, succession planning and tax law informs his estate planning strategies.  He regularly works closely with his clients' accountants and financial advisors to ensure the estate plan dovetails with existing entity structures and their financial and taxation objectives.   Self-managed superannuation is of particular interest to Cameron and how it works with his client’s businesses and their estate plans.

In Cameron's commercial practice he assists clients with business acquisitions, shareholders' agreements, commercial property acquisitions, reviewing commercial contracts and commercial leasing. Cameron is one of only about 100 Accredited Specialists in Business Law in the state.

Cameron is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Lawyers are only admitted as members of STEP if they have specialised expertise and experience in the area of Wills and Estates.

​

Cameron is also a Member of the Commercial Law Association.
