Rachel grew up in Forster and moved to the Newcastle Region after finishing high school, where she attended Passmores Business College.

 

Rachel has worked in a number of administration roles including as a PA for a well-known forensic accountant and within the conveyancing department at Newcastle Permanent. It was this position that motivated Rachel to pursue further part-time study.

 

Finally...after a few years and a few babies later Rachel graduated with an Associate Degree in Law (Paralegal Studies) from Southern Cross University in 2014.

 

Rachel eventually obtained her Conveyancing Licence in 2015 and prior to commencing with MMS she worked as a Licensed Conveyancer and Wills & Estates paralegal in a long-standing firm in Newcastle.

Rachel has passion for estate work, including Probate, Letters of Administration, special grants and contested wills. She enjoys the variety of work afforded to her at Moin Morris Schaefer.

 

Outside of work, Rachel loves spending time with her family and pets. Rachel enjoys camping, going to the beach and a good almond chai latte. Rachel also has a very impressive indoor plant collection.
