Master of Laws - Wills and Estates

Congratulations to our Senior Associate, Richard Morris, who recently graduated with a Master's Degree specialising in the study of Wills and Estates. Richard's post-graduate study examined the complex aspects of succession law including will drafting, contested grants, family provision claims, issues related to capacity and undue influence, informal wills, lost wills and even cases where a Court can presume that you're dead!
