Assets overseas?

Moin & Associates often deal with clients with assets both in Australia and overseas, which increases the complexity of estate planning and will drafting. There is a UN Convention that simplifies the requirements for having an internationally recognised will. By having such a will, you may minimise the requirements for your executors in obtaining Probate in different jurisdictions dealing with the assets in accordance with your wishes. If you have assets both here and abroad, talk to our expert Estate Planning team for more information: Greg Moin - Principal Solicitor Cameron Cowley - Special Counsel Richard Morris - Senior Associate
