Yesterday Greg Moin together with well-known Sydney barrister Andrew Fox presented a seminar on Breed Societies and Herd Books – A Legal Perspective to over 60 participants. Those at the seminar were from cattle breed societies based in Australia and New Zealand.

Greg and Andrew, in a generally interactive style, presented a range of topics that impact on breed societies in the genomic age. Greg has acted for cattle breed societies, both large and small, for over 20 years and understands the business of breed societies and the legal issues confronting them.

Andrew Fox specialises in intellectual property and is a barrister who Greg briefs in IP matters.
